How To Use MyHomes

MyHomes.Properties is designed to help real estate companies to manage their businesses. See it like an inventory system but designed for real estate only.

It is a B2B (business-to-business) application. This means the application can host many real estate companies, just as you can set up shops on an e-commerce store.

The steps below will guide you on how to set up your company on MyHomes.Properties app:

  1. How do I Sign up or Sign in?

    Click on the Get Started or Explore button above to go to the authentication page:

    Follow the instructions step-by-step until you get to the dashboard

    Congratulations! You now have access to all the tools provided by MyHomes.Properties

  2. What are the steps to create a company?

    This section assumes that you already have an account

    MyHomes.Properties refers to each real estate company asPartner. So click onPartner in the side menu of the dashboard

    Click on Create in the dropdown menu

    Fill out the form that appears

    Click the Create button at the bottom of the page to complete the process

    Walah! Your company set up is complete. You can now add your estates and their Units

  3. How to add an estate to your company?

    This section assumes that you already created a company/partner

    Click on theEstate in the side menu of the dashboard

    Click on Create in the dropdown menu

    Fill out the form that appears

    Click the Create button at the bottom of the page to complete the process

    You did It! You just added an estate to your company. You can now attach its units in the next section.

  4. How to attach Units to Estates?

    This section assumes that you already created added at least one estate

    Click on theUnit in the side menu of the dashboard

    Click on Create in the dropdown menu

    Fill out the form that appears

    Click the Create button at the bottom of the page to complete the process

    That is it! The Units have been added successfully.

  5. How to keep track of your sales?

    This section assumes that you already created added at least one unit

    Click on thePayment in the side menu of the dashboard

    Click on Create in the dropdown menu

    Fill out the form that appears

    Click the Create button at the bottom of the page to complete the process

    That sale has been recorded! You can now transfer ownership to the client in the settings. It is also the place where you can regulate who can access what in your company by setting permissions:

Our products and services will be FREE until the 29th February 2024

Afterward, we will accept a percentage of your monthly sales. This is negotiable based on what works for both parties.
